What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally, and shipping is calculated at the checkout. If you are unavailable to checkout with your country of choice, please reach out. We will make alternative arrangements where possible. 

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email including shipping confirmation and tracking information. You may receive an additional email from the shipping provider. Please note that there can be limited tracking information with postal delivery once the shipment has reached its destination country.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us with any requests for changes or cancellations; we will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and accept valid requests until orders have been processed for shipping.
